Hi all,
First off... great bit of support in this group... thx!
I'm using TechComm 2015, importing Frame docs into RoboHelp for Responsive HTML5 output. Specifically with regard to image conversion, when I set the "preferred dimensions" width and height to 0 (to prevent image sizing during conversion), the images do not appear in the output.
Disabling above does allow them to appear in output, thus I don't know why this is happening.
Wondering anyone has comments that will alleviate?
Thanks!

Since I don't have a ton of images in my FM to RH project, I can't tell you definitively that this was or wasn't working, but I did find this TCS Blog post that talks about setting the zero size thing - https://blogs.adobe.com/techcomm/2009/10/preparing_anchored_frame_for_conversion_in_robohelp.html.
This would imply that it worked (at some point), but may have gotten busted later. What is coming through to your RH topic with regard to the <img> tag they mention?

Hi Jeff... I appreciate the comments... thank you!
I've inserted details below that outline the situation, as per your comment re <img> tag:
In general, the code seems to be fairly predictable in terms of the conversion settings, i.e. nothing seems to be far off. Caveat… I’m not a real coder 🙂 .
Any comments appreciated!
Thank you!

Are you all patched up? I forget what was the last RH2015 version issued (I'm still stuck working with RH11). Was this working before & now has stopped (or started misbehaving)?

Hi Jeff... thanks for getting back!
Appear to be patched up (12.0.4.460).
Re working before or not, it never worked for me. I did a couple of different tests using various Frame sources projects with default and import settings (except I did change the width and height to zero) with the same result... so it appears the situation isn't project related.
Thats said, I'm going to see if importing Word source with images gives the same result. I'll post back results.
One question... in our frame documents, images are imported and by default live in a frame. We normally just let those frames attached to the para tag directly above this image, i.e. we do not attached them to a particular para tag to anchor images independantly. That shouldn't image this... correct?
Thanks!

Al I know is that images have to be in an anchored frame to survive the trip into RH (or to be published straight out of FM to something like HTML5).
