Image in Snippet has wrong url after being published

I have images in my snippets and they work fine in the application and have the correct url.

once I publish the responsive html 5 output, the path is changed to my C: drive and the link is broken, not sure if this broke with update 2 or was present before.

Sorry, RH2019 and I applied Update 2 yesterday.

If you can reproduce it in a simple couple of topics project, use the bug tracker to log an issue.

After a little more digging I think what part of the problem may be, is that the snippet directory is not part of the generated output.
