I'm using RoboHelp 2019.0.14 and when I generate Printed Documentation, the PDF Output does not show any of my images, which are svg files.

You haven't said whether that is Classic or New UI as the version covers both. If you download Using Font Awesome, Google Fonts, @font-face and SVGs in RoboHelp (grainge.org) from my site, I just tested that and the SVGs came through in PDF but not Word.

Sorry, I'm using the new UI.  I simply inserted the .svg. I have a lot of icons in my project.  I'm not an expert on images so I'm confused about adding the code for the svg in the editor.  Can't I just insert the image into the UI like a jgp or png?  My primary output is WebHelp, but want the option to be able to print to a pdf .

It's not as simple and why I have explained it in demo projects. Maybe one of your developers can help you.

Done as explained, the SVG should work in a PDF.
