Images inserted in a Frame paragraph with conditional text do not appear correctly in RH topic

I insert an image within an anchored frame "At Insertion Point" within a paragraph that uses conditional text, and the image appears in RH on a separate line in an extra wide text box. This only happens in instances where the anchored frame is included in conditional text.

I am using Frame 10 and RH 9 in the Tech Comm Suite.

This one must be a real head-scratcher. Right now my work-around is to manually update each specific topic before I publish the final version. It would be nice to not have to worry about going into specific topics and manually updating them after I import the Frame document.

I seem to remember reading about something like this happening, but I don't recall the outcome because all my images from FM get filtered out in my WebHelp output - all that I cared about was that they all still had the "Print Only" tag applied.
