Images missing after generating Webhelp in RoboHelp

I have TCS2 and am linking FM book in RH.

I was getting poor quality images, so I changed all images to png and they look pretty good...that is, until I generated the WebHelp. I clicked to view the output, and NO images, only boxes with the dreaded red X.

I even tried to manually insert an image to see if it would be different and RH says the filename has illegal characters (image.png?) and wouldn't do it.

When that happens to me (PC only), I:

RH:

File | Save All

File | Exit

FM:

File | Exit

Shut down all open applications.

Navigate to folder C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Temp

Delete everything that your system will let you delete in that folder.

Restart system.

Restart FM, open your .book, then all related files.

Restart RH.

Try again.

What I had to do was re-link the frame book to a new RH project. I exported the settings so I didn't have to remap. Thankfully, it worked.
