Importing .doc into RoboHelp 2002

I am still running RoboHelp 2002 (build .949) and running MS Word 2002/SP-2. I am trying to import a Word doc into RoboHelp and it is failing with no message.

question - Should I be able to import a Word 2002 document into RoboHelp 2002?
