Importing FM or RH Project into Madcap Flare

New Here ,
Mar 03, 2021 Mar 03, 2021

My question involves importing a FrameMaker or RoboHelp project into Madcap Flare.

In the past, I produced my documentation as follows:
* Content was generated in FrameMaker. A PDF was generated using FrameMaker.
* RoboHelp was linked to FrameMaker. Content from FrameMaker was automatically updated in RoboHelp. WebHelp was generated using RoboHelp.
The content in both FrameMaker and RoboHelp was identical.

I now want to import that content into Madcap Flare. Here is my question:
* Is it better to import the content from FrameMaker into Flare? Or from RoboHep into Flare?
In other words, what are the pros and cons of each option?

Thank you for any comments you can provide!

Keith

Isn't that a question for the MadCap forums where there will be people who have faced the same issue. Anyone who has done so will not be posting here.

I'm casting a wide net for my inquiries... Not just this forum, but also others.

It's possible we may have members of this forum who have experience using both FM and Flare.
