Importing Word doc into RH2019 often fails

trying to import a Word document (200 pages or so).  It's worked about 10% of the time.  Usually, after 30 seconds of waiting, the window turns white, with the menu bar still visible (File, Edit, View, Collaborate, etc.), but otherwise no longer responsive.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I submitted a bug report.

It could be a CSS issue. Try with default.css to see if it imports with that.
