In project delete missing links which can't reuse

During a life of a project new topics comes and old one goes. Now I have 55 links in the list 'missing links' which have no reference to any topic.
The box which is opened by double click of a missing link line has in all cases the deleting button disabled.
How can I delete this links with the project manager?
