I'm working to generate my documentation without having to use Word for formatting. One issue is that the TOC sturcture tab in the PDF Output Preset only has two options, chapter names & topics or topic heading styles. Is there a way to use only the chapter names?
Selecting "use topic heading styles" and limiting it to h1 is not a desirable option currently, I do not use h1 in my topics. In previous verions I have relied on the books in the TOC to provide the chapter names, and after generating a .docx file I redudced the TOC to only the chapters using a Word macro.
I don't think there are any other controls than you've already mentioned, I'm afraid.

I enterened this in a Request Feature entry, RH-11030 in the Tracker.
I had tacked on a request about styling the TOC. Howver, I have since discovered that the "book.css" has the class names to style the TOC Page when generating a PDF.
