Hi,
Does anyone know how to include baggage files in printed documentation? More specifically, I have several PDF files that I link to in one of my HTML pages for my WebHelp layout (and therefore, they are in my project as baggage files. However, for my printed documentation, I don't see a way to include these same PDF files. When I'm in the Properties window for the printed documentation, it seems that only topics are displayed - no PDFs or baggage files. So I don't see a way to add PDFs/baggage files to my printed document. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

You'll have to add them in the Word document after it has been generated.

ok, thanks much peter
i was hoping there was an easier way (in case i wanted to create a PDF as the printed documentation directly in RH
), but at least there's a way to do this, and then I'll create a PDF from my word doc after inserting the other files (never done this before, but i guess it will work).

FYI - I just finished submitting the following feature request via the Adobe site:
Name: Enhanced Printed Documentation
How I want it to work: Be able to add them to the printed documentation the same way topics are added in the chapter layout in the Properties window for printed documentation.
Why this feature is important to me: I now have 7 PDFs in my project, and it's not a good idea that now, for every software release, I or someone else will have to remember to insert each of these PDFs into the Word doc that we'll be generating from RH.
Please consider adding this important feature. Thanks! ![]()
