Is there a way to delete all of the keywords in my index at one time
or do I have to manually delete one at a time?

Hi Doug

Unless you have thousands and thousands of entries, it's usually pretty easy to simply click the first entry so it is selected, then just press the Delete key and hold it down. They rapidly are deleted.

If you have tons of them, it may be easier to hunt down and destroy the file holding them. I would close RoboHelp before doing this, just to be sure. Then look at your project location using Windows Explorer. The file you are looking for will have the same name as your project and end in .HHK (HTML Help Keywords).

Keep in mind that clobbering your .HHK file won't banish any keywords that are assigned directly to topics (if you have any).

Cheers... Rick
