Index Links not working

When I am generating printed documentation (single document) through RoboHelp 10, index is getting created but links are not working.

The index in printed documentation has never had links.

In earlier versions, it was not there, but in RoboHelp 10, this feature should have been supported. Anyway, I will submit a request.
