Index Search: Specific entries not appearing when manual is hosted

My manual has a lot of index entires.

In my hosted manual (using a webserver), no index entries with the window_ prefix appear in the search.

However if I open the same manual directly through its index HTML file, then the window_ prefix index entries appear.

This ONLY happens with window_ entries and nothing else.

Not 100% sure what you're talking about here, but let's start with the basics -

  • what version of RH? Include the point version so that we can tell if you're up to date.
  • What output are you creating? What skin or preset are you using? Did you make any edits to it?
  • Have you tried using the sample project? Does it have the same issue?

Thanks for the reply Jeff. It was a git issue and it's since been solved, nothing to do with RoboHelp.
