Hello everybody!

I'm here again because I need your suggestions! I try to create a connection on sharepoint on line to collaborate with other collegues on the same RH project.

I have a RH 2022.3.93 and I follow these step (which I find on RH user manual)

  • configured a new connection profile
  • then I wanted to add a new RH project in a folder of a documentation library of my sharepoint online, so I open the RH project, I want to add in sharepoint, and click on Collaborate > Add project and select my SharePoint Online connection profile
  • but when I click on my Online connection profile I can't see the folder created in the SP site, so the check in dialog box doesn't open and the following window appears

Could you please help me to understand what I do wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Elisa

Have you tried searching the forum for other SP source control posts? There's not a lot of SP users out there using it that way - more seem to be publishing out to their SP sites.

Hi Jeff,

yes I did it, but, unfortunately, I didn't find a valid answer to my question...

Do you have any suggestions?

Not really - none of the mods in this RH area are SP users. I'd suggest giving the RH folks a ping - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
