I had this same issue. The solution was uninstalling the
previous version of RoboHELP which was also installed on my
machine. I also had to uninstall Version 7. Then I had to go into
the registry, manually delete RoboHELP files that didn't
automatically uninstall, and then I reinstalled RoboHELP. It's
fixed now. I spent significant time on the phone with Adobe. They
stated they were aware of the situation. I suggested to the person
I spoke to, that they document it somewhere, not sure if they have
yet. Hope this helps.
