I am trying to create a PDF but keep getting the error:

Internal error encountered,  Failed to generate Printed Documentation.

I am using:

Robohelp 8

Acrobat 9.0

Windows XP

My files are saved locally and I have already re-registered the Acrobat 8's PDFOfficeAddin.dll. Any ideas?

First I see you do not have the 802 patch applied. Unless you enjoy living dangerously, I recommend you do apply it. It won't help with this problem but it will save tears later. See the forum announcements.

Unless you want to go through the grief of tracking down an errant topic, and there may not be one, it might just be easier to generate to Word and then to PDF.
