Hi,

is it possible with 11 robohelp dynamically number topics in printed Word/Pdf ?

For example in my project there are

-> 3 topics (TopicA TopicB, TopicC)

-> 2 printed documents profile (Sales => TopicA, TopicC) and  (Developers=> TopicB, TopicC)

I want dynamically numbering like

Sales

1 TopicA

2 TopicC

Developers

1 TopicB

2 TopicC

Is it possible ?

Best Regards

It might be possible if you mapped to a Word template that was set up with numbered headings. I'm not sure and not in a position to test that right now but I think it should work.

Otherwise it would need to be done somehow in Word post generation, then once done generate your PDF.

Please post back how you get on.
