Is RH 2015 responsive layout tool tip text editable?

In the RH 2015 responsive layouts, is it possible to change the tool tip text that appears over the TOC, Index and Filter buttons? I'm guessing this could be buried somewhere in a .js file, but not sure where.

This is controlled through the RoboHelp language file. (It works the same as for other outputs.) Go to Output > Labels. There you can change all labels.
