I am using RoboHelp version 2022.1.128 and I am working on a project with the following setup:
* I have defined the structure of chapters and topics.
* I have configured a page layout to use a certain css file.
* I have configured the use of the template studio.
* I have configured the frameless preset to use the defined page layout.
When I generate the output, I check in the topics that they are using the css of the template studio although if I inspect the page I see that in the header it has the reference to the page layout css.
I don't understand if there is any priority in the use of css, can you help me please?
Thanks in advance
Not sure what the "template studio" is (maybe a Master Page?) but IIRC it should follow the standard conventions for CSS - last definition wins except for !Important declarations.
Hi Jeff, what I mean with studio template is that I'm using "Studio" skin.
Thanks for your response.
ps - you might also want to update to patch 2 - because there was a bug in the update mechanism for patch 1 clients, you'll have to follow this thread's instructions - https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp-discussions/update-2-of-robohelp-2022-release-is-now-availab...
Idon't use New UI and don't have access to RH2022 right now. But I think page layouts are only for pdf and word output? Perhaps have a look through Peter's Robohelp tour for more information.
See if this helps.
My site www.grainge.org includes many free Authoring and RoboHelp resources that may be of help.
Thank you all for your replies.
I understand how to apply the css.
