Is there any way to control where a topic appears in search results?

Is there any way to control where a topic appears in search results? I have a topic that provides users with a workflow and setup that I'd like them to be able to find easily. We've already placed it prominently in the TOC and link to it from a number of other topics. The problem is that when users use the search function, the topic does not appear at the top of the list because the terms they're searching for appear more frequently in a number of other topics.

Is there any way to force a topic to appear higher in the search results? I don't want to go the route of adding the search terms to the topic multiple times and then hiding them somehow - too messy and potentially problematic.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You can control how prominently a topic will be found in search results. Colum McAndrew has given a good presentation to get you started. Check out www.slideshare.net/robocolumn/seek-and

Thanks, Willam. The Keyword option ended up working well in this case.

Kind regards,

Alison
