Issue in calling webhelp from external application

Hi

I am calling webhelp from a link in flex application help window popups as expected but it leaves vertical and horizonal scroll bars in my parent application window i.e, in flex application.

Robohelp version used is 9

Browser: IE 9 and chrome

Please provide some input

Can you share the piece of AS/Flex code from where you are calling your help and some screenshot.
