Issues with RH 7

Hi,

I have downloaded the trial version of RH7. I had installed it on Vista 32 bit. I cant seem to access the trial version. I chose the 30 days trial period and I get a message "there is a problem, either restart the system and access or reinstall the application"
I restarted the system and also reinstalled the RH7 but in vain.
If there is anyone who can help me with this issue... really appreciate it.

Did you uninstall and reinstall or just reinstall over the top?

Do you have admin rights?
