It does not recognize special characters when it generates responsive html5 (RH 2015)

Hi there!!

I am using the RH 2015, upload via link (word file). In my document (word), there are special characters, in the project HR recognizes these characters, but when I generate the responsive html5, that does not recognize anymore.

I try modify the ecoding to (UTF-08), but that does not work too.

How can i fix it?
