Items not checked in after working offline

Hi all, I have been working offline and am ready to sync everything to the server. I "Checked All In" but the new items did not get checked in, and if I right click on an item, the menu contains neither check in nor check out.

Please can someone help? Louise

I'm using RoboHelp 11 with Sharepoint

I don't believe the SharePoint connection allows you to work offline as RoboSourceControl does. In this case, RoboHelp doesn't see this files as being part of version control.

Can you manually upload the missing topics to SharePoint, close RoboHelp, trash the CPD and reopen the project?
