Jumping to particular topic from external link

Dear All,

I'm jumping to particuler topic in robohelp from my flex application using map id's. It works fine but I see scroll bar appearing in parentwindow when the help window opens as pop-up

What RoboHelp version, output and browser are you using? Can you post a screen shot of what happens?

I too face the same isssue.The RoboHelp version used is 9,problem is occuring  in both chrome and IE.When the popup opens both vertical and horizontal scrollbars are added to the parent window.
