Link to file from TOC

Hello-

Just wondering if it is possible to link directly to a file located on a different server from the Table of Contents??  We know it will work if the file is located in the webroot folder of the Robo project - but how can we do it to an outside location??

If you use a redirect topic that is assigned to a TOC page you can link anywhere. Rick Stone's tips n tricks file shows how to do this.
