Linking to headings within a topic. RH10

I am comfortable creating links to topics, but is there a way to link to a heading within a topic? For example, I want to create a link in Topic A, to a Heading 2 in Topic B.

Hi there

Piece of cake. Edit topic B and insert a Bookmark at the Heading 2 where you want to land. Save everything, then edit topic A and link to the Bookmark you created in topic B.
