Hi,
My general workflow for the last few years has been to import my Word docs into RH 2019 and then upgrade the project in RH 2022 and create my outputs (I do this because RH 2022 doesn't support import of word's TOC, which is ridiculous, but that's another story). I recently changed computers, and now when I use that same workflow and try outputting a CHM in either 2019 or 2022, the links do not work. Any suggestions for what could be causing this problem or possible workarounds? The links work fine from within RH as well as when outputting to webhelp or frameless formats. TIA for any help.
Just wanted to share the solution that I finally received from Adobe in case anyone else has the same problem. In every topic's HTML, I deleted from the Head section the following line: <base target="_blank" />, and then regenerated. The links then worked.

Whilst you are reporting a different problem, see Item 11 here.
Maybe something wasn't installed in the new machine properly and that should fix it.

Thanks so much for the suggestion. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling - didn't help.

<base target="_blank" /> is not code normally found in topics created in RoboHelp. I suspect it comes from your workflow.
Glad Support were able to help you.
