Localization

I have created a webhelp output using RH 7.

This content (which is in English) will be localized in 3 other languages by localization team. However, I would receive only the localized content (html pages) in French, Spanish, etc. I am expected to build the webhelp (in French, Spanish, etc) using RoboHelp (if this is possible).

I am not quite sure what's the process of doing this using RH.

Could anybody point out how do I get this done?

I have looked in this forum and there's a discussion about using Sisulizer tool. I don't think that's an option under the circumstances. Are there any other options?

It shows you how to do it in RH8, but the concept is the same.
