One of my team member is not able to login to view this training video on Adobe RoboHelp:

https://learningmanager.adobe.com/app/learner?accountId=97540#/course/2197999

When he tries to login, he keeps getting the Login dialog box.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When I try to login, I provide my company email ID and then click Continue.

It shows me this screen:

I select "Company or School Account". Then, it takes me to the Adobe RoboHelp - Level 1 course.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like your Adobe account manager on site needs to associate that user with the prime account (that's the message I get when I try using the link).
