Lost custom dictionary after 2019.0.10 upgrade

After the latest upgrade my custom dictionary files at C:\Users\user.name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\RoboHelp\2019\dictionaries are empty.

I noticed because words that I had added in the past were suddenly underlined again.

I had about 30 words in there because I'm just starting out, so it's not much more than just annoying, but if I would have had hundreds of words in there (as I probably will have in the near future) I would not be happy.

Are there more people whose dictionary was lost in the upgrade?

I think one of the changes was a revamped spell check, so it's possible the dictionary was affected as part of that.
