Making an empty printed documentation

Hi,

I've got a quite urgent problem, so I really hope somebody can tell me what's wrong.....

I've got an old RH file that needed revision. in the old file, it's no problem to make a printed documentation.
After revisioning it, the printed docomentation turns out to be empty 😞
RH is makeing it ok, but the files is empty - I've got 5 pages with nothing on it.

Hope these screen dumps is enough, otherwise please ask for more 🙂

Really hope somebody can help me, need this work done by Wednesday... 🙂

Hi Helene.

Are you wanting a PDF rather than a Word file? Just checking as the first thing I notice is that you are not selecting the Generate Word DOC field. Assuming you do want just the PDF, try generating the PDF to a different location. I'd try a shorter path - yours seems very long - and maybe on a local drive.

thx for your answer. Yes - the path is quite long - just as long as on the old revision - have never had problems with the locations, so I don't think that's the issue? Have tried to copy the whole projesct to a folder on my desktop - and that didn't make any difference, unfortunately.

I'd really like a .pdf - a word could do - but non of them seemt go give me the right output 😕

It would be worth trying to generate a Word file to help narrow down the issue. Also you say you used to be able to generate to that path on your K: drive. How long ago was that? Things may have changed. I'd still like to see if that path is the issue. If you are still having issues, can you confirm what content has been changed / added in this release? Maybe that will help us narrow down where to go from here.
