Hello all,
Is there an easy way to merge the TOCs for multiple linked FM books that are part of the same RH project. My RH project is made up of 3 FM books that are linked. i thought that I could use the "Add to existing TOC" option, but it is disable and I only have the option to Create a new toc or add a placeholder. The place holder looks like the closest thing to what I want, but the top level of each book is the same as the folder name (which I don't want).

Toc placeholders achieve the merging of Toc in the output. As already identified by you, this is the solution to your workflow. However, I am not able to understand the issue related to the top level folder as mentioned in your post. Can you please elaborate on this, specifying the details of FrameMaker TOC and the TOC generated in RoboHelp ?
