We have many images that appear in multiple places in the project. I am looking for a way to update all instances of an image when I modify the original image. I am using RoboHelp 2019.0.12

You only need one instance of a particular image. You can link multiple topics to it.

Either replace the image via Explorer or edit it from wherever the image is saved in your project. You can associate an image editor in Preferences via the Edit menu.

  • In 2019 you will not see the change in topics until after you close the project and reopen it.
  • In 2020 you will see the change straightaway.
