Missing HEADING !!!!

Hello,
I have a Word document (Word 2007) which contains 9 level and when I try to convert a help file with RoboHelp 7 he did not see the Heading 2, Heading 7, Heading 8 and Heading 9 and they are in my Word file? Do you have any idea why?
