Missing Navigation, Toolbar & Skin

Hi,
I've seen several write-ups regarding this issue, but yet to find a resolution.
I have generated FlashHelp using RoboHelp x5 and saved to it a server. Calling it directly from a mapped drive\path on the server brings up the entire system perfectly. When the page is called from a virtual directory only the default topic displays. The other frames that contain the skin, toolbar and navigation show only an outline which states "click or hit enter to activate". Clicking or hitting enter only makes the outline of the frame disappear -- leaving just the default topic information.

I saw technical note: c165998e dated: 03-04-2005 (which is the version of RoboHelp I am using), but there is no resolution. Only that it is being looked at. Being from 2 years ago, I was hoping to find an answer....

I have tried several fixes that were suggested elsewhere: Adding FlashPlayer to Servers, adding the MIME filetype .fhs to iis, changing the wf_startpage.js (var gsActiveSkinFileName="hwcskincurved.fhs" to "... hwcskinsurved.xml")

Any help/guideance is GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Dawn

Thought I'd post the answer to my question. Yes, the fix was right in front of my face. The more I thought about it, the more I realized this couldn't be a RoboHelp issue because it worked correctly calling the path. The answer did lie in adding the .fhs mime to iis. Unfortunately the first try didn't work, but on a second attempt it came up perfectly.

On a side note, thank you to Rick Stone & Peter Grainge for all the great information, tips/tricks, and everything else you both have contribute...
