moving database to another server - installation questions

We are working with 3 licences of RoboHelp 6. One of our PCs has the server and client version installed. That means the database is installed on the local drive of the PC and the other PCs connect to the database using our network.

Now we want to move the database from the local drive of the one PC to our server. What do we have to do?
What has to be installed on the server? And what do we have to uninstall and install new on the old (local) server?
Does the installation on the (new) server needs a licence key? In which order do we have to install and uninstall the server components?

Thanks a lot for your help.

I'm not sure about what you need to have license wise, but I know that you need IIS installed on the server machine, and you need SQLEXPRESS installed also.
