So I've been working RH 8 HTML for a while now and I've began to come across some limitations that perhaps TCS 2 could solve but I'm not sure.
It mainly relates to frame maker I think, basically I'm wondering if its possible to have a frame maker page or topic (whatever its called) that contains a swf file that can be published to PDF, still containing the swf. In RH it doesnt work, so could I therefore embedded the FM page or topic in to a RH topic and then it would all work?
Currently I've got photoshop 3, captivate 2 and RH 8. So if we are to upgrade to the newer version of captivate, which is in discussion, and probably Acrobat 9 pro extended then we could most likely just get TCS2 for more or less the same price plus I'd get all the programs updates and a few extra programs, and if I could get the mentioned functionality out of it, that would be a huge bonus and way to sell it to the people whom make the decisions about buying stuff.....
But I want to be sure I can do this, and that it is still very manageable all within RH. The projects I work on here are large, easy over 500 topics. I'm also concerned with single sourcing between FM and RH...can all files etc still be managed through RH.
Thanks, any info greatly appreciated.

Hi Nick
I'd say your question is a better fit for the Framemaker Integration forum. I'm happy to move it there if you want.
Additionally, you might consider posting the issue in the TCS Users group.

What you really need is for someone that is reasonably intimate with Frame to answer this. I'm not sure how successful you will be with posting it here.

Thanks for the google groups link, awaiting approval.
If you could move this post to the integration forum that would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Nick
