MpjSingleSource Error publishing from FM12 in TC5 to webhelp

Just after initiating a publsh in FM12 to Webhelp I get an error window with MpjSingleSource in the Caption and an exclamation triangle in the body but nothing else.

What is this error and how do I fix it? It looks as if there was a problem with RoboHelp 6 but nothing since. Clicking on the OK button stops the publishing process.

Yes. I published as a Responisive HTML5 first and that worked fine.

I have reduced the document to a two file book consisting of 12 pages when pdf'd and that works fine in HTML5. Note that this is a small document in our terms. The original document was 100+ pages which is still small by our terms.

When I try the WebHelp publish the error comes up when the feedback says it is loading settings.

To sum up, you can generate Responsive HTML5 but not WebHelp with same document ?
