Our company has about 20 products and we want to have an online manual for each that we can develop quickly and maintain easily. Is Robohelp suited for that? And how or where should these manuals be hosted? Do I need to sign up with a hosting provider and then create a subdomain for all these manuals? Or does Adobe offer a hosted solution? I am a little confused and could use some guidance. Thanks

First of all, RoboHelp is ideal for producing online manuals, it is one of its primary uses.
Adobe does not provide hosting but there are many companies that provide such facilities. You need to research such companies wherever you are based.
You can have one domain that users go to for all your products or you can have different domains. That will be a matter of choice for your company and, of course, cost as each domain has a cost. Unless you particularly need to keep each product unique, you could have a home page that lists all the products with links to the manual for each one. User would either go to that page or the direct link for their product. For example, www.domainname.com/productone.
You could have a domain per product but unless they are very diverse products, the single domain seems more appropriate. It also means users get to learn about your other products.
Hope that helps.

Thanks so much Peter for your detailed response. This is very helpful and I think we will go down the Robohelp path for our company.
