Multiple Word windows opening.

Why do I get multiple Microsoft word windows when I create a printed document?

When I generate a printed document to word, multiple screens open andneed to be closed,  To view my document, I return to robohelp and click View..

As in my other reply, we need to know more about what you are using. In this case it may also help to know what version of Word you are using.

Also what is displaying in the windows that are not being closed by RoboHelp? Are there any dialog messages or warnings.
