Hi there,

We have both RH 2019 and 2017

I have been using 2019 for some time now for Responsive HTML5 projects. We have both test and prod servers. Since a couple of days I get an error when I try to publish on the prod server. Publishng on the Test is ok.

This is the error

"Publishing has been cancelled
Connection failed. Please check connection and post again.
Native error: The request can be continued"

When I open the same proejct with 2017 I can actually publish on the Prod.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Thanks in advance

Bobby

I have pinged someone who might be able to help. If not, try techcomm@adobe.com.

When this happened in 2017 the cause was never really identified but the solution was posted in Item 5 at http://www.grainge.org/pages/snippets/snippets.htm#webhelp

I don't know if that will also help with 2019 but I think Adobe's Customer Support will reach out to you on this particular one.
