Native Mobile App Not Generating

Jun 03, 2013 Jun 03, 2013

In RoboHelp 10 I am attempting to create my first Native Mobile App. I have followed the instructional video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lq-bOranaA to no avail. When I click generate I always get an error, Unable to generate Multiscreen HTML5 Output. Refer to output log. Output log states, Select a screen layout for each screen profile. I have already done this following the instructions in the video above but it has not changed the outcome. Here is an image of what I am seeing

Thanks for any assistance,

Anthony

Okay, now for the more serious answer. If you examine the properties for the Multiscreen HTML5, are all the Profiles mapped to a Layout as you look at the dialog? Mine are not, but will need to be if I expect to create Multiscreen HTML5 successfully.

Thank you for your response. I cannot however find the dialog box you are displaying. Where in the program do I need to navigate to located the Multiscreen HTML5 Setting dialog box?

Thanks again,

Anthony

Of course I found it right after I asked. To access this dialog box, in the Single Source Layouts pod, right click Multiscreen_HTML5 and select properties. Then in the left pane of dialog box, select Screen Profiles.

Thanks again,

Anthony
