Natural Language Search not working

Isee that many of these RoboEngine topics do not get many responses, but I thought I would try anyway.

RoboEngine was installed previously and we decided to try to resurrect its use. I published files to the server, the developer did his thing to connect the two in a test environment and all worked well including the context sensitive help.

The only thing that does not work from the user’s perspective is the search function. Also I can view the reports fine (except the reports dealing with searches.) Any ideas as to the issue?
Any help would be appreciated!
