Navigation Arrow Issus in WebHelp Output

Hi,

My SQA person has stated that the navigation arrows (back and forward) do not work consistantly even after I have set up my browse sequence. Do these work in WebHelp? I am using a standard skin. His comment was

"I have found that the arrows which can be used to navigate forwards or backwards do not work all over the place. This should be looked at in detail and resolved everywhere as there are many places in which I was getting
javascript(void) errors noted in my task panel and nothing would happen when I would use these errors. They are broken in many places.

I am using Mozilla Firefox 3.06."

For now I have taken the browse sequence out of my help system until I can figure this out.

Thanks,

Mary

Hi Mary

Please review the thread linked below and see if it sheds any light.

The thread begins asking about something called "Print Sequence" in AIR Help. Which leads to a discussion overall about Browse Sequences. So please review what I've scribbled about Browse Sequences and consider how yours are working and see if you can make some sense of it.

Cheers... Rick
