Need help installing latest version of RoboHelp

We have perpetual license for Robo help 11.x, which has not expired. Can we use the existing license keys to download and install RoboHelp 2019? If yes, how to.

Nope, you'd have to purchase new licenses to RH2019 - RH11 is just too old to qualify for the upgrade pricing.

Sure, agreed Jeff. But is there a way to obtain the RH 11 desktop installer, since we lost it accidentally and were unable to get it from the `View your Orders’  section in our Adobe account ?

I believe there is a way. I will get back to you when I have made some enquiries. It may be for the original release so check the Help > About when installed. If necessary the updates can be found here - https://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html . I think back in RoboHelp 11 days you needed to install them incrementally.
