Need to have Word output from WebHelp

My business is trying to create a word document from a WebHelp file. We have extracted the project from the server but can't get the project to open in RoboHelp. The orginal file was created in RoboHelp X3 and we currently have version 7. Can you please tell me how to get the project back into RoboHelp so we can output the project to a Word document?
