I have a RoboHELP 8 WebHelp project that has a number of .swf videos in it. We are now going to be using MP4 files for the videos but when I link to an MP4 file, the video plays automatically and there are no controls available on the screen (i.e. to pause or move backwards or forwards in the video).
Can anyone help me or tell me if it's possible to do this with MP4 files?

check out this page, might be of use.
sounds like you need to use the hidden="false" attribute. but youll probably have to play around with it.
good luck

also you could try associating mp4s with quicktime, so when played in your browser the quicktime skin will load, this page might help for that.
