I have several topics that do not appear when I try the Search tab for a CHM file. It also occurs when I add a new topic. What could be causing this and what file contains the Search information.
1 Correct answer
Is the new topic in the TOC? It has to be present (but can be hidden) in the TOC to make it into the output now in the New UI model.

Well I got the topics added to the TOC however each is listed with a red X in front of it. I have checked all of the links to other topics and they are all working. What does that mean?

According to Peter's site (https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp_Tour/rh2022/toc_index_glossary/toc.htm) "Red Xs will show against any item in the TOC where the link is broken."
Does right-clicking on it show any properties or clues to why it's not happy with it?

I'm not facing the exact issue here but it's quite similar though. I have to add a lot of images to my website and it increases it's html size a lot. So is there a way to directly embed the images I create in Photoshop directly to my site. Any help regarding this would be very helpful. Thanks!

Are you saying that you want the images to be stored on your site but not as part of the CHM file? In other words the topics have links to the images rather than them being in the CHM?
I don't think this is possible but first of all which version of RoboHelp are you using?
